If you have files on your Ultimate Backup drive that aren't showing up within the Ultimate Backup app, you can try these steps to scan the drive:
- Open the Ultimate Backup app on your computer
- Tap the "Gear" icon in the top-right
- Tap Rescan Ultimate Backup
- Tap Start Rescan
This should locate all the files on the Ultimate Backup drive, which will hopefully address your problem.
