On an iPhone or iPad with a Lightning port, the app uses Manual Backup Mode and has no UB Drive tab, so view your files on a computer instead (see View Files on Ultimate Backup for Mac or Windows).
Follow the steps below for help viewing the files stored on your Ultimate Backup:
- Tap UB Drive
at the bottom:
- Tap All Devices at the top to select which specific device's content you want to view, or leave it set to "All Devices" to view all the files you've backed up from anywhere:
- Tap Photos, Videos, or Contacts to view all of a respective file type in one location, organized chronologically, or Explore Drive to navigate through the drive's actual folder directory:
- The directory you'll find on the Explore Drive screen (which is copied from each device as you're running a backup) allows you to navigate through folders to view your content organized in the same way it was originally on the device that was backed up:
