Eject Ultimate Backup

When you're finished using your Ultimate Backup, it's important to properly eject it before disconnecting to preserve the data you have saved on your drive. Follow either method below to safely eject your Ultimate Backup:
 

EJECT FROM THE ULTIMATE BACKUP APP

1. Click the red x in the top left corner to close the app.
2. When prompted to eject, click Yes.
3. Your drive will safely disconnect.

EJECT FROM YOUR DESKTOP

1. Look for the external "PKBACKUP" drive on your desktop.
2. Drag the drive to your Trash (which will become an eject icon) and drop it here.
3. Your drive will safely disconnect.

EJECT FROM FINDER

1. Open a new Finder window.
2. Look for "PKBACKUP" to appear on the left.
3. While hovering, you should see an eject icon appear.
4. Click eject and your drive will safely disconnect.
