You can quickly remove any duplicate files from your Ultimate Backup using the computer app. Just follow the steps below to rescan your Ultimate Backup and remove duplicates:
- Connect the Ultimate Backup to your computer and open the app.
- Click the gear
icon in the top right corner
- Click Rescan Ultimate Backup
- Check the box next to "Check this box to search and delete duplicate photos from your drive" and then click Start Rescan
The app will scan all the photos on your Ultimate Backup and remove any exact duplicates.
