Yes. You can back up more than one device to the same Ultimate Backup — computers, phones and tablets, in any combination. Each device's backup is saved into its own separate folder on the drive, so nothing is mixed together and nothing is overwritten.
Backing up a second computer does not replace the first one's backup, and adding a phone or a tablet does not change what your computers have already saved.
Each device is listed separately
Once you have backed up more than one device, you will see each of them listed when you look at what is on the drive.
- On a computer, open Files on UB Drive and you will find a folder for each device you have backed up.
- In the mobile app, open UB Drive. The All Devices selector at the top lets you see everything at once, or narrow it down to one device.
One thing to keep in mind
Backing up several devices to a single drive will fill it up more quickly, since they all share the same storage. If you have a lot of photos and videos across your devices, you may prefer to use a separate Ultimate Backup for each one, so there is always enough room.
