This guide will show you how to reformat your Ultimate Backup drive using a Samsung-branded Android phone.
Note for non-Samsung users: Reformatting steps differ by phone manufacturer. You may need to contact the manufacturer for exact instructions. But you can usually find the option by opening the Settings app, selecting Storage, selecting your Ultimate Backup drive, and then choosing Format.
A reformat will completely erase your Ultimate Backup, along with the backup records in the app, and can be used to correct software issues that a normal reset was unable to resolve. Follow along with this tutorial video for help reformatting your Ultimate Backup:

- Look for a USB storage device in the "Storage" section, and tap the more button
