The Ultimate Backup app supports the Ultimate Backup 4-in-1, the Ultimate Backup MAX, and the Ultimate Backup SSD. If you recently switched from one to the other, or just have and use both with the same phone or tablet, follow the steps below for help accessing the Product Selector setting, so you can adjust the app to work with the model you're currently using:
- Tap the Settings
icon at the bottom right corner:
- Tap Product Selector:
- Tap Ultimate Backup SSD:
- Tap Confirm Selection at the bottom:
