Ultimate Backup includes a feature called Select Files for Backup, which allows you to select individual files, or groups of files to back up, instead of running a full backup. This can be helpful if you need to quickly save a few specific files, or if photos are getting skipped because they were previously backed up to a different Ultimate Backup drive. Follow the steps below for help selecting files for backup:
- Tap Show Backup Options on the Home
screen:
- Tap Select Files for Backup at the bottom:
- Once your Ultimate Backup has finished scanning your phone, tap the check marks on the left to select entire groups of files, or the arrows on the right to navigate to other files or locations:
- If you navigated to specific files, tap to select the files you want to back up:
- Tap Start Backup at the bottom:
- If any of the files you've selected were previously backed up to any Ultimate Backup drive, you will see the following prompt. Just tap Back these files up again to continue copying the files to your drive. This will not create duplicates if the files were already on your Ultimate Backup:
