Your KeepSafe subscription includes one free drive replacement (subject to terms and conditions), in the event that your Ultimate Backup is lost, damaged, or otherwise unusable. Just submit a request from within the app, and our team will handle the rest. Your replacement will even come pre-loaded with your entire KeepSafe photo library! Follow the steps below if you need to request a replacement drive:
- Open the app and tap the KeepSafe
button at the bottom:
- Tap My KeepSafe Plan:
- Tap Request Drive Replacement:
- Fill in your details and check the box to authorize the transfer of your files:
- Tap Submit Request and OK, and our support team will be in touch with next steps:
