Our apps work only with Ultimate Backup and Picture Keeper drives (Ultimate Backup and Picture Keeper are sister brands, so products from either brand work in our apps). If the app says your drive is incompatible, it usually means the drive isn't one of ours. Products such as “Photostick Omni”, “The Photostick”, and “Datalogixxx” are not Ultimate Backup or Picture Keeper products and will not work in our apps — please contact that product's maker for help.
If you do have an Ultimate Backup or Picture Keeper drive and still see this message:
- An Ultimate Backup drive usually shows up on your phone or computer as UBDRIVE, while a Picture Keeper drive usually shows up as PKBACKUP. If you see a different name, you may be looking at a different drive.
- If it still says incompatible, contact our support team and include a photo of your drive.
