The Ultimate Backup app does not print. What it does is hand the photo to your phone, tablet or computer, which then prints it the same way it prints anything else.
On a phone or tablet
- Open the Ultimate Backup app and tap UB Drive at the bottom to find the photo.
- Tap Select at the top right, tap the photo, then tap the Share button at the top of the screen:
- In the menu that appears, scroll down the list until you see Print, then tap it:
- Choose your printer, paper size and number of copies, then print. If no printer is listed, make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi as your phone or tablet.
The pictures above are from an iPhone. On an Android phone the share menu looks a little different from one phone to the next — look for Print, or a printer icon, in that list; it may be further down or behind a More button.
On a computer
- Open the Ultimate Backup app and click Files on UB Drive on the left to find the photo.
- Double-click the photo. It opens in the program your computer normally uses to view pictures (usually Preview on a Mac, Photos on Windows).
- Click the File menu at the top and choose Print. (Or hold down the Ctrl key on Windows, or the Command ⌘ key on a Mac, and press P.)
The printer, paper size and number of copies are all chosen in that print window, so exactly what you see depends on your own phone or computer, not on the Ultimate Backup app.
